@newfoundglory This looks like it’ll be a fun video!

You’re reading the fucking Google Open-source blog. Of course it is going to be a bit fucking geeky, you complete tool.
Anyways forgot what that idiot is saying and go check out GoogleCL. It looks awesome! You can read more about it in their introductory blog post on the GoogleOS blog. But be careful, it might be a bit geeky!

There are no words when you see the effect of the spill displayed like this. Look at that colour.
davemorin:

This is such an epic tragedy. The saddest part of which is that no one knows how to help. Outpourings of help were possible for Haiti and Chile because the tragedies themselves were easier to understand.
It seems like a lot of people are looking to BP to solve this problem. It seems like the question we should be asking of them is:
How can we help?

Smartphone users - I would like your data usage stats please.

I am looking for a range of people who use a smart phone to let me know the following details; Phone make & model (Nexus One, iPhone, Nokia N97, Sony Ericsson X10…) Network & their fair usage policy for mobile internet (i.e. I would say, Vodafone UK, 500MB) Your last few months data usage in MBs What your “normal” device usage is, i.e. emails, apps, browsing, scrobbling, maps, and if any, what background data is on. The reason I ask is I want to compare my usage to that of others and then write up a small post about it related to fair usage on mobile tariffs especially after yesterdays announcement at Google I/O that Android 2.2 “Froyo” will have a function to allow your handset to become a Wi-Fi hotspot. tweet or facebook me, or email doug [at] dougaitken.co.uk Reblog / retweet or share this please, I’d love a wide range. Thanks
